It was our first time there and we were very pleased. Great customer service, really good ribs with a side salad. Didn't care for the bread, rolls would be better. Our waiter David was super nice and attentive. Atmosphere was nice. Kind of pricey but if price doesn't matter then definitely a nice place to eat.

The WORST Longhorn. Terrible dirty bar. Absolutely NO service at the table. Waitress NEVER came!!! We left hungry.

Excellent service and our food was yummy! I've ate at Longhorn Steakhouse at several locations and have always been pleased.

I have been to a few longhorn steak houses before and this one was as good as any of them. Food was excellent, service and atmosphere were great. Highly recommend this place.

We ate here when the restaurant first opened to say we weren't impressed would be an understatement. We got a gift card for Christmas so we came back...everything's good when somebody else is paying, right? Again very underwhelmed. We arrived around 5. The dining room was pretty empty and we still had to wait about 15 minutes. The bread was stale. The steaks (NY Strip and Ribeye) were just okay, but nothing special. Honestly, I've had better at Applebee's. The potatoes were cold. And we never had our drinks refilled. If we get another gift card for Long Horn next year, we'll probably just regift it.

Decided on lunch here today and was a bit disappointed. We usually visit the one in Pigeon Forge and it's always great! Service was very slow with a half empty restaurant. Server wasn't the best we have ever had but he was very nice. Food was good but not great like we usually get when we fine at Longhorn.

Great service and the best steak I have had in a restaurant in a long time. A bit pricey but was worth it.

Waited over and hour after being told 25-30 minutes. Very limited seating for parties of 6 or more. Sons burger - burnt, truly burnt (really guys). Paid extra for the Winter Brie salad, out came a pile of greens, no Brie, and barely any dressing. All dishes cold. Can not order medium rare, lowest is medium and all steaks ordered were way over cooked for that even (5 steaks total for the party). No manager stop by to check on the guest. Only saving grace was that the waitress was nice. Needless to say I doubt I will be returning to this establishment anytime soon.

Went here the other day with the family. Service was..... different. The hostess walked away while talking to us which was odd. Our food took a while to come out even when we were one of two tables there. Also, our waiter seemed busy and forgetful but I couldn't figure out why. We ordered the Spinach dip which was less dip and more soup to the point were it was hard to keep it on the overly salted chips, it was also cold and obviously not fresh in the least. The chips would have been wonderful if they were not coated in orange salty stuff. You had to dust them off to eat them. I ordered the Sirloin, It was covered in a sauce I think which was so salty that I ended up having to skin it to eat it and even then I could only get half of it down. The kitchen needs to ease up on the salt and the staff needs to learn to smile and just basic manners. If they can get that down they would have good food. I am from Texas and can tell you that I am sad to see someone call themselves a Steakhouse and not know how to cook a good steak.

I was just really craving a steak, and I found this Longhorn Steakhouse. I had never heard of it before, but apparently they are a chain. Inside is nice and Western style, with a huge longhorn cow head on the wall. I ordered medium-rare filet mignon, and it was delicious - just as I was hoping it would be. The mash potatoes were good too! But then there were some negative points too: the salad was drenched in honey mustard sauce (which was indeed the dressing I ordered, but not the whole bottle in my bowl...) and the cheesecake I ordered for dessert was still frozen in the middle. Then, towards the end of my dinner, babies were crying all over the place and kids were running around the restaurant. That is when you pay up and get the h*ll out. All in all; I got what I came for: a good steak, and that part was successful - nothing more.

Very nice, impressive all around. We choose to sit at the bar since the wait for a table was 30 minutes and we were starving.Let me start by saying the bartender "T" was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and real charmer. He recommended the strawberry goldrush lemonade (made with the house infused vodka)it was delish. We ordered the 12oz sirloin and portabella flat iron steak's,they were cooked to perfection.Had the Carmel apple goldrush for dessert, plenty for 2 or 3 people to share.4 star cause it just didn't hit that hot spot for a 5.

Recently opened in the old Bennigans spot this place has zero redeeming value. Went Sunday evening (6pm) after race weekend. It started out poorly. "I'd like a booth" "Sorry, no booths 15-20 min wait" OK so besides the fact that there were only 10 people in the whole place I wonder why no booths. Simple answer the cheap managers sent everyone home. OK so service stunk, 1 main course sent back one cold (not sent back) sides were all wrong it was a disaster. There are better choices in JC.

Delicious food, reasonable portions, and the seasonable vegetables were fresh and properly cooked. Helpful waiter suggested a cost cutting option. Good food, good prices.

The food is great but at lunch it takes forever to get your food. We got there at 1 o'clock on a Monday, and we didn't get food until after 1:35. Very frustrating when you're on a lunch hour.
